Network Monitoring
We use the # 1 network monitoring tool according to CRN magazine in 2007 tomonitor some or all of your network equipment. The monitoring tool allows us to monitor almost any network device. We can monitor for network connectivity, performance statistics, if new software installed, backup jobs, server drive failure and much muchmore. If any of the monitoring parameters we have configured are meet or exceed the threshold we will be immediately alerted of the problem. These alerts can prevent a small problem becoming a catastrophic or allowus to repair the problem without time consuming trouble shooting and reducing costly downtime.
Can you imagine if you thought you had backing up all of your important business data: accounting information, customer database, Quotes, documents etc. and you are infected by a virus that corrupts all of your data or have a hard drive failure and all of the data is lost, and you come to find out that your backups have not been running and now you have nothing. Wouldn't it have been better to fix the backups before you had a problem?
